Payment
Goods must be paid for before dispatch.
Price
St Mary’s spirit prices are subject to variation without notice.
The price for the goods is the price applicable on the day of the order.
Product Availability
All goods are offered for sale subject to available stock. If a spirit is out of stock, St Mary’s Vineyard will contact you to offer a substitute spirit of equal quality or if payment has already been made for the spirit and you request it, to cancel the order and issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount charged.
Delivery
Subject to availability of stock, all orders will be dispatched within 3 business days.
Anyone at the Deliver Address who receives the goods shall be presumed to have received the goods on your behalf
St Mary’s Vineyard does not offer delivery outside of Australia.
St Mary’s Vineyard will not deliver products to addresses in designated ‘dry areas’ that are proclaimed in various parts of Australia.
Returns
If you receive your order of spirits with one or more broken bottles, contact us on Ph: 08 8736 6070 and we will assess your request for credit, refund or replacement.
